Last month it was announced that the grants provided for workplace electric vehicle charging by the Government would be reduced.

The new grant amounts came into place on 1 April 2020 and still provide fantastic benefits for businesses across Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

OLEV grants now stand at £350 per installation. Businesses can benefit from up to 20 installations per site.

This means your business could claim a grant of £7,000 towards install of charging points. You do not even need to have electric vehicles at this point. It is a perfect opportunity to future proof your business and stay ahead of the electric vehicle trend.
